Yesterday Ms Turner introduced us to this amazing  topic, keeping safe because there are lots of kids that are walking to school by themselves and there are kids that still have to learn how to keep themselves  safe. Well I can help you with that.
Step 1. When you’re walking home don’t take short cuts covered with bushes where no one can see you.
Step 2. If you’re going to the park alone bring a group of friends.
Step 3. If you think a stranger is following you scream as loud as you can and run away and look for an adult to help you or an open shop.
Step 4. Tell a trusted person what happened.
Now you know how to keep yourself safe and always tell your parents where you’re going.

Today Constable Sally talked about a secret code that only your mum and dad and family knows. So if you’re mum is at the doctors she might say to a man go and pick up my daughter she would say what’s my code “ice –cream” then you will know it’s a good stranger. I am now an expert at keeping safe I also learnt a lot from it. Also don’t ever never get  fooled by their trick tracks.
